How long have you been in business?
I have been in the heating and a/c industry for 20 years and decided to go out on my own June 1st 2013
What is your primary product or service?
We provide comprehensive heating and air conditioning service and repairs for residential, small commercial businesses and places of worship in Central Maryland
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
A relative of my wife's was president of a well respected company and he thought I would really enjoy the work. He was 100% correct. I love what I do.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I think people appreciate my honesty and integrity. I always explain to them what their best options are for any repairs and make suggestions based on their needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location currently and we run all our vehicles out of that location.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash, checks, debit cards, visa, master card and discover.
Which areas do you service?
We serve all of Frederick, Montgomery and Washington Counties and portions of Carroll and Howard county.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own my company and I have staff that helps with daily operations
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:30pm, on Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 noon and we are always available 24/7 for emergency service for after hours calls. We don't charge extra overtime to come out for emergency situations.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment is when someone calls on me to provide them with service. I believe that once they use my service, they won't want to contact anyone else. I have a very successful rating on my facebook page and they are more than welcome to take a look at it.
