I purchased my home brand new in 2008 from R and J Builders and now my home is falling apart. My problems started right after closing on the home and continue now right up to today October 26, 2015. this company has filed for bankruptcy and is probably free and clear of the poor quality construction they provided me and my fellow neighbors. All of my neighbors also have similar or more severe defects in their homes as well. This company, I believe through extensive research, is now JC Smith LLC. I would not allow R and J Builder to build my dog a dog house and if you come to Fairchild Heights in Hagerstown, MD Garst Court or Mercer Drive and ask any homeowner here, they will tell you the same thing. I can't even afford to fix all or the defects in my house so I can still show you better than I can tell you.
