The Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center offers art exhibits as well as art classes.
The Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center is the premier visual arts center in the Frederick region, offerings 55 exhibits annually in its 8 galleries. The Center also offers over 250 classes each year in a wide variety of media: ceramics, woodworking, painting, drawing, printmaking, jewelry, photography and more. Classes for children, teens, adults and the home-schooled are available so that the inner artist in all can be discovered. As visitors enter The Center they will discover the Gift Gallery which has locally-made fine art, jewelry and more.
