How long have you been in business?
Footlights has been in business in Frederick since 1991. There are now three Footlights locations in the DMV. Frederick, MD. Silver Spring, MD. Alexandria, VA.
What is your primary product or service?
Footlights sells a wide variety of dance supplies, including shoes, apparel, and accessories. People travel to our stores for professional fittings and services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Footlights has an extensive inventory and the friendly, knowledgeable staff has made us one of the largest dance-wear retailers in the USA. We take great pride in our pointe shoe fittings, and have customers come from all over Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania to seek our expertise.

We currently have three locations and an online website that includes a "buy now" option for easy online purchasing.

Take Exit 54/East Street – Follow signs to Historic Down Town via East Street. After the traffic circle go to the 4th light and make a right onto Church Street. Footlights is the first store on the right after you turn the corner. Free parking is available either on the street or across the street behind the Frederick Coffee Company in the gravel lot.
